Hello MFP People,

I just browsed through the Message Boards but found no 'Topic' about Gym Rat's Lounge - Everything about Fitness.

Well, anyhow, let us exchange opinions, ideas, point of views, experiences, even share stories/testimonies about physical fitness here.
Our goal is to use this thread as an avenue for us to share our questions and/or answer to help anyone in need.
We all like to further our understanding about physical fitness and healthy lifestyle so feel free to share your thoughts as that may help others.

Topics include almost anything, from workout routine, sets and reps used, meals before and after workout, etc.
Feel free to ask but shoot your questions in a professional manner so everyone can answer it accordingly.

All MFP members are welcome to share their thoughts and ideas on certain topics BUT PLEASE, let us observe MUTUAL RESPECT to everyone by avoiding giving out harsh comments, rude remarks, and the like as we do not want admin to close this thread because of someone else's unbecoming manners. :love:

    Anyone knows about Power Training program here? I wish to switch to this routine soon. Please share your ideas guys. Thanks in advance!
  • By the way, here are my current workout routine:

    4 days a week with 3 interval recovery days

    Mondays: *4/6/3 Chest + *1/6 Back + *1/6 Biceps
    Tuesdays: *4/6/3 Shoulders + *1/6 Legs + *1/6 Abs
    Wednesdays: Recovery
    Thurdays: *4/6/3 Back + *1/6 Chest
    Fridays: *4/6/3 Biceps + *4/6/3 Triceps + *1/6 Abs
    Saturdays: Recovery
    Sundays: Cardio - 2 mile run + Recovery

    *4/6/3 - 4 major exercises with 6 compound pyramid and 3 isolation sets
    *1/6 - compound movement with 6 pyramiding sets
