Hi... I need to get down to about 6% or less bodyfat by march... very hard to do & keep the muscle at my age.lol....0

admittedly, I have never been a bodybuilder nor do I know what is involved in getting to 6% bodyfat. with this admission in mind, I do know that sprint interval training (or other form of HIIT) is a great way to burn fat. good luck to you as you get ready for your competition.0
