ankle weights

I've started putting my weights on in the morning and wear them around the house all day. Today I put them on my wrist while unloading and loading the dish washer and cleaning the kitchen. (2.5lbs ea.) Sure hope this helps with my weak arms and legs!

    Be careful putting them on your ankles. If they are too heavy they will stretch the ligaments in your ankles.

    It can also be extremely bad for your knees and hips.
