Vegan Milkshakes

So I've been hurtin' for a milkshake for sometime now and I don't feel like killing my diet with ice cream. I know that saturated fat is good for you, but I sometimes once I start eating it I can't stop. I bought a pumpkin today for 4 dollars and I gutted it completely. I saved the seeds and baked them and the rest of the insides I put in a huge jar as "composite" material for other recipes .

Vegan Pumpkin Spice Milkshake:
1-1.5 cup raw pumpkin
1 cup blue diamond vanilla almond milk
1/10 cup splenda
1 tbsp cinnamon
sprinkle some ground ginger
lil bit up nutmeg
7 ice cubes

Liquify that **** in a blender, put a straw in it, and you living the high life. Anyone else have vegan milkshake recipes to share?

    That sounds yum! I like to whizz up fresh berries, rice milk and vegan yogurt :-)
