I am a strength instructor on the weekends ... so find the irony in this post :)

How can I motivate myself to lift / do strength ?!!

It's too slow for me. I like to go, go, go.. I *sometimes* like to lift weights cause I feel so tough :)

But i would just prefer cardio. I like pilates and strength workout dvds but thats it. and sometimes those are too slow for me haha

So.. I instructor others HOW to do do weights... but don't do it myself ... HAHA :) hmmmm.. how to get excited about the weights???
