i always eat something after dinner but i try not and eat after 8pm. alot of times i mix yogurt with rolled oats and ff cool whip, or ff sugar free ice cream with ff cool whip and peanuts. Although these are not horrible snacks or extremely high in calories i am looking for healthier after dinner snacks that contain less carbs and preferably more protein. i have been racking my brain all day....ANY IDEAS?

unsweetened (plain) greek yogurt with chopped nuts and maybe a little fruit (frozen blueberries are yummy!). i also sometimes put a few drops of stevia extract -- (no cals and all natural sweetener).0

My night time go-to snack is a 100 calorie bag of microwave popcorn.0
