I don't 'worry' about calories. I count them.

If you eat really healthy then you don't need to worry about calories, I count mine beacuse I don't always make good decisions!0

I think that works great for people who don't have weight issues. My husband eats that way and has always maintained a thin but healthy body weight.
If I ate each time I felt hungry, I'm not sure I would know when to stop.
I can be no longer hungry after 2-3 bites but could continue to eat until I have finished seconds and dessert.
Some of us hear our bodies better than others I think.0 -
I think it sounds like a great idea -- but in practice, it doesn't work for me. If it works for you, great, go for it.
For me, I can't always distinguish between physical hunger and emotional desire for food, at least, not until after the fact, and then it's too late. Also, I can very easily slip into eating mindlessly -- the whole, I'll just have one of these, and then I look down 10 minutes later, and the whole package is empty, and I don't really remember eating them. I wish I could just listen to my body, and my goal is someday to be able to, but honestly, I don't know if it'll ever happen.0
