Hey everyone! I am a high school senior and i plan on attending arizona state university in the fall. before then, however, I hope to get really tone and lose weight because its in arizona where almost everyone looks good in a bikini! do you guys have any tips for me? I am starting my workouts and diet today and hope to lose 15 pounds by then!! wish me luck :)

    all i can say is to just stay focused! i think that is my bigest problem cuz i give into food. Drink lots and lots of water and just take it easy. dont be hard on yourslef!:happy:
