Should I eat more?

I am on a 1200 cal daily goal.. Sometimes I eat burn cals and sometimes not. I often do not net 1200, but I feel like I get plenty to eat. I have been losing weight, but I have heard what I am doing is not good. Should I force myself to eat more?

Eat more calorie dense foods0

If you aren't hungry, don't force it. As long as you're getting all the important macronutrients, you aren't starving yourself and you aren't hungry then keep doing what is working.0

Yup! I think it is important to get your calories in :] Lowers your chance of burning muscle!0 -
I checked your diary back to 10/20 and saw no days you were under 1200. With what your eating I would not worry about whether you should eat more.0

So when I look at my food diary it shows different than what is on my home page for net cals. Why is that?0
