Different People have Different opinions on this. Some people have great success losing weight by eating back their calories, others don't. Therefor they do not eat their calories. Find what works for you and go for it.0

Yup.
Go to the exercise tab and enter your workouts and you will see those calories pop up in your food diary to eat.0 -

That is going to be really hard cause I have conditioned my body to require less food, but if this is the heathiest way I guess it is something I will have to do.0

I have a trainer that put me on a 2000 calorie diet and I am suppose to be eating some of them back. and I am doing pretty good. When I stick to my diet I lose sometimees 2 pounds a day. Its all about how you exercise and what works for your body. I am in the gym 2 hours a day 5 days a week and I lift weights so I need alot of protien that is one of the reasons my calorie intake is so high. I hope this helps a bit good luck.0

Irrespective of what exercise you do, if you are burning calories, which inturn is giving the deficit, you goanna eat them, unless and until your body gets squeezed into starvation mode. That will make your weight loss more delayed and complicated in turn. Just do a simple math and see, that the deficit you're creating for your body should be equally justified with (Diet + Exercise).
For me, for ex, i'm giving a deficit of 1100 cal/day, coz i want to lose 1Kg/week. Now, for those 1100, i give Diet deficit of, say, 700 and exercise of 500 cal. Now, if i goanna burn more cal in exercise say, 700, now, 700 - 500 = 200 is extra, which i need to take in my diet.
Its a simple math, when followed correctly will show perfect results.0
