I weighed in tonight for the first time in months, and Ive gained it all back! 21 lbs right back on.
I knew it, but I was too afraid to look...
Im done my class now though, tomorrow is my last final test before I go onto a practicum I havent gotten yet. Since I started school 7 months ago Ive gained it all back. Im so upset
I know it has been creating some serious problems in my relationship with the most wonderful guy ever. I love him so much I dont want to be stupid enough to lose him over something like this.

So here I am asking for help. I need someone or some people to help me get back on the right track. I did it before, and I did good at it. I need some big time support. Maybe someone to message me...all the time...talk to me and help me out!!! and of course I'll do the same. Maybe we can get a group going???

Hey, feel free to add me, at least you know what you have to do, and using MFP would be the right tool to use to do it. Im on here quite a bit and try my best to stay in touch with most of my MFP friends and help them when they need it most. Im constantly looking at food diaries and exercise reports to see what people are doing, where their strengths are and what causes them to faulter... so if that sounds ok by you... once again, feel free to add0

you can do this! get right back on track. you lose those 21 pounds with determination and you can do it again. I, too have lost and gained a lot in the past few years. It's time for us to lose it for good and continue a healthy lifestyle. I am in college also! We have a college girl's thread. Hey it starts now! Tomorrow you can get back onto the path of success. Try to find some free time to go walking, jogging, bike riding, or even to the gym for at least 30 minutes of cardio. During commercials while you're watching tv do some squats or sit ups. take the stairs when going somewhere instead of the elevator and park as far as possible at the mall/store/etc. The small things add up just like the small foods add up when we aren't doing anything to burn it back off! Most importantly start logging your calories and be mindful of your portions and drink a LOT of water If you want you can message me for more support/tips. I have lost 30 lbs so far in total. Umm uncountable...like yea it was bad. Me and my boyfriend would eat out almost everyday. Mcdonalds was our most frequent visit cause it was so good and cheap. I know it was thousands and thousands some days...0
