Hi, I am an at home mum of 4... so fitting in exercise is hard and usually done after all the kiddies are in bed
I have my treadmill and one aerobics dvd..... I need more as it's getting a bit boring and repetitive
Would love to know what your fav exercise dvd's are or what you recommend
Thanks!!

I LOVE all of Jillian Michaels dvds. they are great workouts and pretty much all of them are circuit training so your getting strength along with cardio too! Bob harper fitness dvds are also great. I swear by JM & Bob harper!0

The only one I've done is the 30 Day Shred... I love it! Its quick and a GREAT all-body workout She is easy to follow too.0

It's about 2:10 am here, kids are in bed, and I just got done doing P90X Kenpo, burned 599 calories in an hour!
I really like P90X ~ it has a dozen different DVD's and there's a schedule to follow. This is my second go-round with it (did my first 90 days, and am about 30 into my second 90.) I'd never done any in-home workouts prior to this so can't recommend anything else, but this worked wonders for me so I stuck with it. (and became a rep/coach)
My wife does TurboFire; same instructor as TurboJam, which is kind of a cardio kick-boxing workout and she likes the variety of many different DVD's. Those are all put out by Beachbody.0 -
Another fan of Turbo Jam here. Chalene is great and actually makes me crack a smile or two during my workouts.0

Hi there,
I know you must be super-busy, but what about trying to work in exercise with the kids (depending on their ages)? Active play, playing sports, cycling, ice skating, swimming, Wii, walking in the park etc? That way you get to spend time with them, they get exercise and so do you!
Just a thought.0 -
I like Jillian Michaels, Leslie Sansone and Turbo Jam.0

I like Sarah Ivanhoe's yoga with weights. Great stretch and strength training on a beach in hawaii.0

wow thanks that should keep me busy lol
Bit hard to exercise with my younger 2... they are only 3mnth and 18mnths. But my older 2 are 10 and 6, i've bought them an xbox kinect for chrissy so will be able to play that with them ... but my youngest is still breast fed she won't take a bottle at all so makes it a little tricky, i can't really leave her with anyone, so exercise happens while she's sleeping lol0
