Hello Shredders!

So I accidentally posted my challenge the other day when it wasn't even my day!! Lol!!

So today's challenge is the same I'm afraid (won't do us any harm!)

The challenge for today is to eat the recommended fruit and veg. Here in the UK it is recommended to eat 5 portions a day. I'd be interested to hear what it is in other parts of the world?

    I have really upped my fruit and veg portions this week. I always thought I was doing ok but this week I have been making sure I definitely have 3 types of vegies for tea and 2 pieces of fruit during the day and it's made me realise that I had no where near that before! Also I have to be creative with what types of fruit and veg I am having so I don't overfill on carbs...

    What does that mean? It sound to me like you are making tea out of veggies...
