I went to a football party wearing a large team shirt and a friend said you need new shirts you can’t wear that size any more.
This was a fairly new large pull over (down from 2xx).
Next day I tried on several of my son’s medium pull over shirts, wow, my son lost shirts to my closet.
I went to the store to buy new medium shirts, while there tried on and bought a pair of loose fit 32 blue jeans, they fit.
I am proud to be wearing medium shirts and 34 inch pants, losing more that 60 lbs.
Success can be defined in inches, from 42 to 34 (down 8 inches) waist in less than a year (wow).
I feel stuck I stay between 202 and 201. I did hit 199.8 around two weeks ago.
Change in daylight hours and weather, rain and cold keep me from riding bike. I did just complete a metric century (65 mile ride) two weeks ago.
I want to be less than 200 lbs. like 195!!!!!
I worry that, can I learn how to be stable, how to stay at 195, in medium shirts and 34 in pants, how to be successful in the transition to stable. I am so not wanting to go back to stress munching comfort foods and the see food-eat food habits that I have now lost.
The last few lbs. are almost as hard as starting.
My wife and I both use MFP, we are looking forward to posting before and after pic’s, my wife has lost 70 lbs.
I am waiting till I hit the magic mark of 195. She want to be in normal BMI range.
Life is good, God has blessed us.
Shoping is always fun, when you need a size down.
Hope all is well, I know one day at a time, it is a life change not a diet.
Cheers
Jim
