What kind of results did you see from using? How long do you use a day? Do you vary speeds? Thanks! I want to work my thighs and hips and butt!

I use it at the gym for 40 mins about 3-4 times per week. It's a great workout. I've found that as you get more fit, you'll have to increase the incline and resistance to continue challenging yourself. Easy on the joints too.0
