Easy snacks for 4:3 carb to protein ratio

I'm doing an eating plan with a 4:3 carb to protein ratio and I'm looking for a quick snack that will fit into this. Balance bars work but they have a ton of sugar and I don't want to eat fruit more than twice a day. I'm getting bored with what I've found to date and lack some imagination in this area. Anyone have an ideas? I have been doing this for a few weeks and am putting together some weird things in order to achieve the right ratio so I don't mind strange combinations!
