Injured!!!!

Hurt my back, can't exercise until Monday- I'm really afraid this is going to pack the pounds back on! YIKES!!!!

    Keep an eye on your calorie consumption. A few days shouldn't make any difference.

    It is only until Monday. The pain killers will probably make you retain some water, but it is not like you are going to up your bf% in a few days. Eat responsibly until you can exercise and you will be fine.

    I'm in a similar position....rotator cuff injury. I can't do any upper body work or the rowing machine. Really missing my bench presses :cry:
