Strawverries, blueberries, cinammon, walnuts and honey...yum!0

Shredded coconut, half a red apple, dash of vanilla essence and cinnamon... another 1 minute in the mircowave or some time on the stove and it's done! Soooo yum! If you need it a little sweeter you can add (and I add) a little stevia.
Oh and I cook it in water and add a dash of soy/almond/dairy milk at the end (less cals and still get the creamy taste)0 -

Crunchy PB, bit of dark chocolate, flaxseed and cinnamon. Yum Yum0

chopped up apple. throw it in the microwave for 2 minutes. after, throw on a little splenda or whatever sub-sugar you use, and some cinnamon. microwave it for another minute. then toss it into your oatmeal as it cooks for the last minute.
i also throw in some peanut butter, or almonds, craisns, raisins, cashews. oatmeal is pretty much just a vessel. it carries what you would rather be eating.0
