Has anyone seen these stories about weight loss and how after one year of dieting hunger hormones make your body want to eat more!
It seems like alot of these are related to crash diets, I am willing to believe that even moderate caloric deficiency will result in a hormonal response.
Its an uphill battle but if you can hold out for a year it seems you have a better chance of keeping it off!
