Macronutrient Engineering Lasagna

Sorry about the title, but I have put effort into getting proper ratios of macronutrients for this lasagna.

This is a good recipe for people who have trouble getting their protein intake up.

Ingredients

700ml-1000ml - spaghetti sauce(depending on the size of your casserole dish)
1 - zuchinni sliced,
1 cup mushrooms sliced
1 onion sliced
1 cup red pepper
9-15 wholewheat lasagna noodles
300g light mozza
300g spinach fresh then sauteed and drained or frozen and drained
4 cups of dry Cottage Cheese (0.5% fat)
2 cups extra lean ground beef (optional)

Preboil the noodles al dente, prefry and drain beef, slice all veggies, presauté in frypan to remove excess water, make sure spinach is well drained, or pat dry with papertowel to avoid soggy lasagna.

Place bottom strip of noodles into casserole dish, follow with veggies, and half the cottage cheese, top with half of spaghetti sauce,

Place next strip of noodles, add remaining cottage cheese, beef, and remaining spaghetti sauce,

Place top strip of noodles, cover noodles with mozzarella,

Cook at 425 for 2-2.5 hours. The recipe should make 12 servings,
