I have used sea salt for years I love the taste and i have had agave nector in tea a few times ..Its great I have a bottle of stevia that is lasting forever so Im going to wait to buy some agave nector for myself..
anything specific you want to know?0 -
I use both. I have no regular salt in my house anymore only sea salt. I do not retain fluid with it like I do with regular salt. I used to have to eat food so bland but now I can add a little sea salt and not worry about blowing up like a balloon. I have used agave nectar in tea and coffee it doesn't have much of a flavor so you can't tell it's not sugar. I mostly use xylitol to sweeten especially in baked goods.
