You wouldn't catch me eating a bowl of salt.
I don't love salt.
I do however love what salt does to food.

I was just indulging in some rotisserie chicken (skin removed) and when I took the first bite something was wrong. Not much flavor there. Shoot! I forgot the salt. I don't use a whole lot. It's not required. A little goes a long way.
I've always been too lazy to care about salting my food until I started watching me some Food Network and Cooking channel (I try to watch as little as possible of the Cooking channel because Directv doesn't carry it in HD). Now I realize the importance of salt in good food.

My wife and I have all kinds of different salt in our cupboard. From course cut Kosher to course Sea Salt to good old Mortans fine table salt.

I've read some recent reports anyway where scientists are now saying that salt/sodium may not be as bad for you as once thought. All the better for me!

GO SALT!
