The Unhelpful but Friendly Barista/Waitress/Deli Staff

I have a similar problem at the local dunkin donuts. I don't go in there by choice, but donuts are one of the treats the children I care for (I'm a nanny) are allowed to have when they get out of school, so I'm there a lot. The staff can't seem to wrap their heads around one cream and one sugar. This has nothing to do with calories, that's how I like my coffee! Anything more and I can barely swallow it down. I would just get it black and do it myself, but they don't have the stuff out there for you to do it. I've started being almost snippy about it and they still don't get it. One time I had to get three different cups of coffee before they got it right. If dunkin donuts coffee wasn't so gross I would just drink it black.
