anyone know of some lower-calorie biscuits that are maybe frozen and can be made one at a time?

when i make dinner sometimes, i want some bread on the side, but am looking for something that's not super-high in calories.
also, im uaully just cooking for one, so i don't want to make a whole batch of biscuits/breadsticks/whatever and them not get eaten before they go stale.

open to any ideas!

Pillsbury has perfect portions reduced fat biscuits. They are individually wrapped. They don't go in the freezer but they stay fresh for a long time.

    Hope this helps!:flowerforyou:

You can use whole wheat flour and make your own, somewhat of a mission though for only one and I don't have the recipe on hand, if you're interested, mail me and I'll look for it. I am a gravy and biscuits girl, or I was
