I have been on this site for about a week...dieting for 3 makiing slow progress so far...but thats better htan the alternative. I love the super supportive feedback I have read through the community forum here. I have never really been a joiner but since nothing has worked very well in the past I figure why not...and it helps to know I am not the only one who struggles! :flowerforyou:
