Strike 84 diet? Anybody doing this right now.

Is anyone doing the strike 84 diet? It looks interesting and I think I might try it because it seems I am always losing control after a good few days and then have some really bad days and just back and fourth all the time.if you are doing this how do you like it and does it work for you?

It is healthy, you get to pick your own foods. You basically are calorie cycling with a refeed day but just a little different.

I've heard of people doing things like this. Giving themselves a day to indulge in what they want. As long as you watch portion control I think you would be fine. You really just can't blow the equation: calories out must be greater than or equal to calories in.
