Which coffee creamer is better health wise - powdered crearmer or non fat liquid creamer without added sugar?

Also, which nuts to you find gives you the most nutrient without being too fatty?

No coffee creamer is good. I put a packet of Diet Swiss Miss Chocolate mix into my coffee if I get a sweet tooth. YUM! only 60 cals.
Nuts I eat are the Costco raw almonds.

I use the international delight flavored creamers and splenda. the creamers only have 30 calories and don't have to be refrigerated and make the coffee oh so tasty!
  • Unless your lactose intolerant I’d use skim milk.

I like international delight. if you get the sugar free kinds instead of the fat free kind they usually have less calories (this is the liquid kind not sure about powder)

To answer the question, powder cream us usually better. I use non-dairy powder now. That is unless I go to the 7 and then it is an international delight French vanilla.

Yes . . but is this protein shake low calorie?
'Cause I can't stand low cal. If I'm going to get a protein shake, I want to real deal.

Raw almonds are my favorite nuts. Pistachios are pretty good as well.

ok - all joking aside - non dairy creamers can be used as incendiary powder. think about that the next time you go to pour chemicals into your coffee. you can set it on fire and make a decent light show.
