Just had the best lunch

For those in Northern California.... I just had the best lunch! I ran to the grocery store today before work to grab a salad. But they didn't have the salad I usually get. So I wondered around the corner to see if there were any suitable, healthy options. I ended up getting the Raley's to Go Grilled Chicken, Veggies and Mashed Potatoes. It was so yummy!! I didn't eat all of the mashed potatoes simply because I didn't want all of those carbs... But man, it was the best lunch i've had in a while.

Just wanted to pass this on to any one out there!
