I fell off the wagon and I could use some help. I was doing great until some relatives came into town and I went to baby shower. In that time I gained the 4 pounds that I lost . I'm feeling very discouraged and having a bit of a tough time motivating myself again. If there is anyone out there that has gotten past the disappointment please tell me how you did it. I could use all the help I can get. Thanks for reading.

First of all, don't panic. I had a bad weekend last weekend and basically gained 5 pounds over night. It took me about three days of being back on the wagon to return to my previous weight gain. Just get back to it and try to remain calm and positive. Your body just needs time to readjust.

Pull them boots back on baby doll........You did this before...and lost 4 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!! You can do this again honey. Remind yourself that next time this happens a special event in your life, you need to plan to enjoy a little bit, but prepare to get back into the swing of things the next day.....you're ok honey....you just need to start fresh tomorrow.....
