looks interesting, i used to quite enjoy the protein baked goods we had after boot camp there seems to be lots of ideas in there :) post back if you try any!

    Yeah me too.... haven't found any baked items that can trick my taste buds without sugar in them! I tried some protein powder pancakes that were very hyped up as fabulous and they were nasty and had a terrible sponge texture. bad!! I'm a great baker too... haven't been able to make anything that tastes good using the powder without using flour, sugar etc.

    things that i have found i usually like don't always eliminate flour, but usually involve oats, apple sauce or pumpkin and/or honey etc as binders and are more about adapting current recipes that I like to have less sugar and use protein powder... so like granola bars, protein balls/no bake type cookies, a few muffin recipes that involve chocolate, etc. no bake protein balls are a good place to start :) there's tons of recipes if you google it
