New to mfp

my neice suggested i try mfp with her. hesitantly, i did thinking it would be like other plans that suggest writing down the things you eat daily. BORING! with the app on my phone i am able to keep track of my caloric intake without having to keep track of a food journal. mfp have made me so much more aware of my intake i lost 5 pound in two weeks. THANKS MFP
