Hey MFP friends! Just wanted to share a healthy, filling, and deeelicious tuna sandwich I made the other day. Low cal, high protein.. so good!

Has anyone tried the "Sabra" hummus products?? Well if you haven't, they have it at many grocery stores such as Lucky's, Safeway, Whole Foods. I used the *Roasted Red Pepper Hummus* as a mayo subsitute for my tuna sandwich! I cut half of a tomato in small, thin slices.. mixed it all up.. toasted 2 slices of Ezekiel Whole Sprouted Grain bread.. and voila! Simple lol but it was really good!! <3

I also do this with tzatziki - it is especially delicious as a mayo sub in tuna, but could work for many things.

If anyone lives in the DC Metro area - the tzatziki from Cava Mezze is so good, they sell it at Whole Foods and it is really low calorie.
