My HRM needs a new battery :grumble: Can anyone give me an idea of how many calories they burn doing Fat Blaster and the Cardio Parties? I know it's an individual thing, but I'm looking for a ballpark estimate.

    I don't turbo jam but maybe someone who does will see this at the top of the forum now :laugh: :laugh: I would just think of what you do in that particular workout, its intensity, etc and just use what is on the database.     Do a search for "Turbo Jam calories" and you'll find a site that has you put in your body weight to measure calories burned. It's pretty close to what my HRM says.
