In high school my pants had a 36" waist. A day ago I found I fit into pants with a 38" waist. Cool.:glasses:

I have started shopping at Goodwill and Salvation Army because I am dropping every two months. Drop a size, donate them back. I am also working out; at age 57 it will take longer to develop muscle. Foo. OTOH, I had back pain and knee pain, and the beginner yoga and workouts are evaporating the joint pops and pains. Still can't cycle worth poop because of weak legs but I hope to see some progress by spring. I can keep cycling through winter with three wheels and studded tires.:happy:

When I hit 185, I will have lost 3 large bags of dog food.
