I am a newbie :)

Hi,

I Joined 7 months ago, due to a work friend, but wasn't really motivated. Now though i am really motivated, and ready to go, so i
I consider myself as new here.

I am currently 101 Kilos, and hoping to get down to a healthy weight of between 65 or 70 Kilos.

I realize this is a big journey but i will take it in little steps, with several goals along the way.

So any encourangment you could offer would be great.

    Good Luck, you can do it! I started at 420lbs and now I am down to 179lbs. It just takes hard work and dedication. You can do it!!!

    Hello I just started this week hoping to lose about 50 lbs I had a heart attack in 2006 and my Dr. advised me to lose it

    Good luck!!!!! Sounds like you're going into this with a sensible head on your shoulders. Small goals work wonders. You can do it!!!!!
