I wouldn't mind hearing some feedback on my food intake. Please note today is not normal day for me, and I normally drink 1 gallon of water a day and I log it when I remember but I don't normally remember. I would like to take a few suggestions to impliment. Thanks for your time.

I just looked back through about a week of your diary.
1- You seem to be a little low on calories. Really you should aim for 1200 a day (and certainly not less than 1000). Eating your exercise calories is a personal choice, but the 1200 is the recommended minimum for women to consume. And if you're not logging everything you eat, start doing that tomorrow.
2- I suggest tracking sodium on your diary. A lot of the foods I'm seeing contain high amounts of sodium (soup, crackers, popcorn, V8). Having a high amount of sodium makes your body retain water, can have negative health effects, and as a loose general rule, sodium = processed food. Cut out processed food (and replace with homemade) and your sodium intake will plummet.
3- Add in more fruits and veggies! I saw some vegeteables in there, but definitely not enough! Add greens into your day. Bagged salads/spinach, broccoli, frozen mixed veggies are all nutritious and easy side dishes with lunch and dinner. And in the days I looked through, I didn't see any fruit at all! Maybe try to replace some of your processed snacks with fruit...the possibilites with fruit and veggies are endless.
4- You're keeping your calories pretty evenly spaced out amongst meals, which is what I like to do, too!
5- Greek yogurt is a great choice. Keep up with that for sure!

I know that's a lot of detailed stuff, but hey, I think that's what helps the most! Good luck! :]

I'd cut out the v8 and start eating real fruits and veggies - I saw very little in your diary, especially green leafy vegetables. I'd also add some healthy fats. You're regularly below your calorie goal, and you could fill that in with nuts, avocado, olive oil, etc.

Thanks for the feedback. I like the V8 juice in the morning as its my only liquid I drink besides water and coffee, I will replace that in the morning with something else... (not sure yet :-) ) . I am logging everything with the exception of olive oil. I use that on my stir fry. I will incorporate more veggies I am not a huge fruit fan. My sodium is high, I am tracking it and the soup is killng me I agree with that point. I will make some home made soup this weekend and eat it next week at work. Soup has been satisfing me for lunch so I would like to stick with that for now. I know I should eat nuts but my husband has alergies so I don't even think to buy them, however, it won't hurt to have them at work. I will start doing that too!

    Thanks for taking the time
