Yes, eating and drinking fills up your body. You need to make room for it.0

You are funny0 -
everyone deals with that... dont eat bloating foods, that can help.0

i know i keep harping on this, but maybe think about trying to keep the processed carbs at bay. when looking at your diary it looks as though they ramp up throughout the day and peak in the evening! i have been keeping mine down, and i seriously have been a lot less bloated. i do know what you are talking about though...
we all get a little puffier at night. sodium is another culprit.0 -

i totally agree.... and it also have to do with how fast ur food is actually digesting...u will be fine hon... nothing to really worry about... the thing us women go through... geesh....0 -
I agree about limiting the processed carbs. I definitely find that my stomach still looks as well as it can at the end of the day on the days where I watch my carbs like a hawk. When I've been carb loading, I'm puffed out at the end of the day.0

when i started eating clean i couldn't believe how flat my tummy stayed all day! :-) it was and is an awesome feeling.0 -
what do you recommend for a low carb snack then? most of my carbs come from my after dinner snack. i have to have something after dinner.......any ideas?0

One of my fave evening snacks is dark cocoa coated pumpkin seeds. They're by a company called Earth Harvest and I find 'em at a store near me calle Sprouts. It's kind of a cheaper, healthier, Whole Foods, so probably any healthy market store would be your best bet. They are amazingly delicious and 140 cal for a 28g serving, which is a bunch! They're sweet and chocolatey, low in carbs and high in protein with some healthy fats as well. I'll see if I can find 'em online so you can see the package.
*edit* Found 'em! http://eartharvestfoods.com/eartharvest/Home.html
Oh, and I totally get where you're coming from. I'm the same way. Though, a little part of me likes it simply because it means I'm thin enough now to actually notice the difference instead of just being fat all day long. lol0 -

greek yogurt with some chopped nuts...maybe a LITTLE fruit on top (blueberries, raspberries, chopped dried fruit). i sweeten my greek yogurt with stevia extract. i also usually have 2% yogurt -- Fage is the BEST! yogurt has a lot of protein (especially greek) -- just be sure to buy the plain, not pre-sweetened.
i am a peanut butter fiend so i have a couple of spoonfuls sometimes in the evening. good way to get calories up too.0 -
Also try to stay hydrated so that you don't wake up dehydrated. If/when I let myself drink too many sodas over a period of time, the skin around my midsection will feel painfully tight in the mornings. And yes, its rocks that I have what appear to be obliques, but that's really just an illusion...0

I feel that way sometimes too. Primarily when I have had a lot of salty food and drank a lot of diet coke.. Less salt, more water and that will go away. Perhaps this is why we weigh more at night and less in the a.m.:grumble:0
