I have been a bodyrocker for about 3 months now and have been dying to get a dip station, but they cost so much! I randomly saw someone (I don't remember who) on bodyrock.tv explain that they use a walker (yes the kind elderly people use) as a dip station, so I went down to my local Goodwill and bought one for $10. Perfect dip station! I just wanted to share for others who cannot afford a dip station. My husband does make fun of me for working out with a walker, but it's fantastic! haha!
