I don't wanna eat lol. First off I do literally spend all my spare time with books. I break for 40 min to exercise, but that doesn't work because by the time a pee and eat a snack rather than a real meal my hour is passed. . . Ugh! Just kinda needed to get that thought out, thanks for reading lol. You in school? Feel free to add me!

I workout at least 3 days a week, more if I can manage.

Man do I miss my undergrad years... you think it's hard to fit in workouts now, but wait until you're working a full-time job... it's MUCH harder in my opinion!! Could be because I'm doing grad school as well as full-time work, though other people work and have families to take care of, etc... I don't think I'll ever have as much free time as I did during my undergrad ever again!!0

Working full time, school full time, and a little boy. I feel your pain. It's a lot of work, but every little minute adds up to the big picture. Keep doing what you can with the time that you have. Maybe focus more on eating as healthy as possible, since you don't have a lot of time to work out. Good luck!0

Nontraditional college is different, campus life rocks lol0 -
I'm a full time student and I have a 2 year old who is not in daycare so if I'm not in class I'm watching him all day. I do all my school work at night and manage to work out while he naps. I make a schedule every Sunday for the week and plan out what I need to each day to not fall behind. I even include what days I will have some extra time to work out (maybe you could bring books to the gym and go on the elliptical?). I find planning out my weeks beforehand really keeps me on top of things!0

Hang in there! It will be over before you know it. Remember that you're walking around campus throughout the day, too. Stay healthy~ physically and mentally. Eat as healthy as you can, drink lots of water, and try to get the amount of sleep your body needs (I know that's tough in college). Good luck to you!0
