I am about to go into calorie .................killing mode!

Hi all my fellow MFPers :flowerforyou: I need some help please :brokenheart: I initially lost 10lbs in the first 7 weeks of starting here, then for the next 2 I picked up 1lb a week then for the next 2 weeks I did not lose an oz :noway: I zigzagged, cut down my excrecise and my calorie intake (never below 1200) and now 3 weeks later I have lost 1lb :sad:.
I looked at my Goals and have copied and pasted it here, it says ;
Calories burned 1,870 day is this the 1200 I am allowed and the 670 calories from excercise?
Then goes on to say Your daily goals 1,200, is this ALL I am supposed to eat :grumble: confused.
Your daily deficit 670 I thought I had to eat all or most of my calories?
PLEASE PLEASE HELP me sort this out I am totally confused,bewildered,frustrated and about to go into :devil: killing mode.

Your Daily Goal 1,200 calories/day

I looked at my Goals and have copied and pasted it here, it says ;
Calories burned 1,870 day is this the 1200 I am allowed and the 670 calories from excercise?
Then goes on to say Your daily goals 1,200, is this ALL I am supposed to eat :grumble: confused.

Okay what I would do is try to up the exercise, you can do this by just uping your intensity and not your time. Then up your calories, try to eat all your exercise calories. Do this for a couple of weeks and see if it does any good.0

so you are getting an extra 670 calories for exercise? If so you have to eat close to 1870 calories...you should measure inches if you are doing that much exercise...you may see a bigger return on your hard work. Good luck!0
