Hi all, this has nothing to do with weigh loss, I just need to let off some steam, ok my husband is a mechanic and during the winter months, he really does not make much money!!!!! Well I have a mortage with Green tree and let me tell you I wish I could drive to Baton Rouge and whoop some A**!!!!! They are so hateful and mean, I owe for 43 days and this women proceeds to call me and tell me that if I don't pay my bill by this date that I have to get my *kitten* out of the house and find someone else to live!!!!!!! Plus I told her that I was doing what I could to stay a float and would pay it by the end of the month and it was hard to provide for my kids much less pay all my bills, she said that I did not care about my kids!!!! :noway: OMG I went off on her!!!!!!!!! I told her that she crossed the line and that I did not care if I had to get a second job that I was paying that dang house off and when I do I was personally coming to Baton Rouge to "give" her payment!!!!! OMG people should not be allowed to talk to customers that way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I am so upset, and I was in a good mood!!!!!

I know i'd get fried for talking to someone like that..........I'm a cashier though.

You should have recorded the call somehow, you can sue a harassing bill collector.:explode: People like that really piss me off. I have a pair of steel-toed boots you can borrow if you need to do a little butt-kicking.:explode:

I worked for a bank for almost 10 years. I worked in every division imaginable.

Let me tell you, what she did was ILLEGAL! That is classic harassing bill collector and it is against the law. If for some reason they were to call again, I would make sure you can somehow record the call and make sure you get the person's name. If they continue to talk to you in that manner, ask for a supervisor.

There is ABSOLUTELY no reason ANYONE should talk to you that way!!! And if they do, you have the right to get them in a LOT of trouble!!!!

it sounds easy to say but do not let that sad miserable person get to you. Do not give anyone the power to control how you feel. That person is a negative sad person and the heck with her.

When we let people get to us we are giving them power they do not deserve. As hard as it may seem to beleive a real good solution is to pray for that person. pray that she is less miserable and less cruel to others. Amazing how it will make you feel better.
