scale keeps going up and down.

I just don't get it. I have been working out 3 to 6 times a week. But the scale went in the wrong direction. What am I doing wrong. Im trying so hard to eat right and work out. I just don't get it. My current weight is 165lbs. My goal is 135lbs ..
Has anyone gone through is also?

  • Your stepping on the scale, that's what you're doing wrong! Your body weight is going to fluctuate from so many factors. Hell, last week I busted butt and gained 8lbs just based on one bad day at the race track. It's the measurements that count. Kick the scale to the curb and buy a tape measure :)

    ^^^^^This^^^^and the fact that your picture is sideways and driving me crazy, a little OCD here, also are you holding the baby when you do or not? OK, enough with the jokes...GET OFF THE SCALE! Go workout, get motivated for a life change! Rant over! Bye bye!

    Thats ok with the joke. when ever I post a picture it just goes sideways. I can not get it to stop doing it...

    Its hard to eat more when Im not hungry...

    When i exercise and then get home its already time for bed, its hard to eat at that time.
