Weight loss, Juicing and the high sugar & carbs

I've been replacing 1-2 meals/day with fresh veggie/fruit juices made with a juicer. I notice the carbs and sugars are very high, and although I am not diabetic, it's concerning me. I know the sugars are natural and I am working out.
Will the sugars catch up with me and inhibit my weight loss plan?
All this is so confusing, as if losing weight isnt frustrating enough. Fiiguring out the nutrition is so frustating too!
Someone please help.

Just started making juice at home. I find that portion control is still required.0
