I try to go to the gym 5 times a week (usually this means 4 or 5 times a week after some schedule shuffling), which is fine when it is just the three of us but we are going to be having house guests for a few weeks over the holidays! I know it isn't going to be possible to spread myself that thin but I do not want to undo all the good work I have done over either. I am hoping that I can get to the gym or intigrate some physical activities into our scheulde 3 times a week and keep a close watch on my food, but I am not sure how realistic this is.

Does anyone have any expereince of how having guests actually inpacts you or advice???
