Is it better to exercise in the morning, afternoon, evening? I could do all three I'm just trying to figure out if there is a more beneficial time to work out and still go through your day and repair for the next day.

I typically do Eliptical HIIT, Stretching with my lower back issues, and tae bo on my "off" days.

Eliptical HIIT - M W F
Stretching - M T W R F S
Tae bo - T R S

Sunday is for rest.

It really doesn't matter, whatever time works for you on a daily basis. As long as you exercise.

I've read all sorts of things on this, but I personally believe that its best to work out when you believe you can give the most effort (especially doing HIIT because the work intervals rely on max effort). IMO, its effort that determines the effectiveness of the workout. some people just don't have it in the mornings while others are too tired in the afternoons.

Doesn't matter, do what suits you. I go for morning as I spend the evening with the gf.

I think the best time is whatever you are actually going to do and stick with. I hate mornings, so I do zumba at night. On the weekends, I do exercise in the mornings, but still do not like getting up to do so.

whatever fits your schedule that you'll stick with is fine.

but evening is the best time to lift. hormones, body temp, energy. all that is best in the evenings.

The time that fits into your life best is the only time you'll stick with.
