    I weighed in today (I usually weigh in on Saturdays) and my November SW has changed quite a bit. So I need to update my weight goals. I also wanted to throw some more physical activity in there, so here we go:

    November SW: 200.6
    November goal: 195 or less
    Personal goal: at least 700 minutes of exercise this month

    I want to add to my goals. I want to take the girls for long walk at lest twice a week (all 4 of them) and swimming at least once a week. Passing on my new knowledge to the next generation!
