HEY EVERYONE! LETS POST OUR BREAKFAST!!

I HAD 1/4 CUP MIXED NUTS = 140 CALS
A COFFEE CUP FULL OF COKE= 50 CALS

  • I had a bowl of Cereal
    Fiber One- Raisin Bran with One Cup of Fat Free Skim Milk. It really keeps ya full with all the fiber in it!
  • 1/3 c organic oatmeal
    1 cup skim milk
    1 oz almonds
    2 coffees with milk

    Deep Chocolate Vita Muffin - 100 calories
    A Banana - 90 calories
    2 cups of coffee with Splenda - 10 calories

    I actually had a good breakfast today!!!!!! I had

    3/4 special k= 120
    .5 cup 2& milk= 60
    1 slice sara lee bread= 45
    1/2 wedge laughing cow cheese= 18

    Total= 243
  • So do we have a list of everyone on our team?? And who's team lead? Im just wondering I would like to be able to keep in better contact with everyone!

    Breakfast- toast with peanut butter (1tbs each, 2 slices)
    Lunch- ramen chicken noodle soup
    Dinner- haven't yet decided (any suggestions?)

    Target had the Smart Ones breakfast on sale this week so i thought i'd try them and i had the breakfast quesidilla, it is so good!! and its a total of 220 calories and it keeps me full till lunch!! The mcmuffin sandwiches aren't too bad just a little more chewy than i prefer lol!!

    It is soo good!! their pizza and reg chicken quesidilla are too!!!

    2 Eggs, Oakdell Omega 3 lg = 140 Calories
    2 Slices John Morrell Bacon = 100 "
    1 Slice DeliFresh, Multi-grain Toast = 130 "
    10 squirts of "I can't believe it's not butter" spray = 13 "
    4 cups(8 oz)coffee = 8 calories
    4 tsps half splenda half sugar blend sweetner = 40 Cals
    4 tsps non dairy powdered creamer = 40 Cals

    This isn't typical of my breakfasts but I do have something similar atleast 2 days a week, and, if I know I am going to need the fuel for exercise and see I will end up way short of eating enough calories at end of day. I know the cholestrol in real eggs and the bacon makes it way high, so, usually use egg beaters. But it is a treat to have real eggs on occasion.
