    Eat a balanced healthy whole foods diet. Cut fast and processed foods. Watch portions and stay within your goals. Welcome and good luck.:flowerforyou:

    what's most important is to choose a nutrition plan that you can stick with. good luck to you.

    Hi!

    I recommend The Eat-Clean Diet to anyone and everyone that will listen! I was so happy when Just the Rules came out. I have been trying to sum up The Eat-Clean Diet to everyone who asks what I have done – this book was the answer!
