Excited about "finally" losing 20 pounds

Hi Everyone,

I have recently joined this program 3 days ago, hoping this will be the time I actually lose the 20 "menapousal" pounds I acquired.
If anyone has suggestions or positive influences I'm happy to hear them.

    Welcome. Just stick to your calorie intake and do a workout 3 times a week minimum and results will start to show. Take baby steps and dont expect too much for the first month or so. Good luck.
  • Exercise & drink plenty of water, stay away from sweets and bread!

    You will do great! Just remember that it wont come off over night and it takes sweat and patience. Just keep working at it day by day and before you know it, you'll be there!
