Is this an NSV??

because it does involve a scale!!! To be specific, it involves being able to weigh myself on the scale at the grocery store!

Now I can! YAY! SO I guess it is not an NSV but.... WOOHOOO! Perhaps the NSV would be that I did not hesitate, much, to get ON to the scale in public! LOL

    that is an NSV. very nice one as well. I'm not sure I would want to get on a scale in public.

    Anything that makes you know you are on the right path is a Victory be it scale or otherwise

    I think this is a big NSV, especially if prior you were not able to do so. It shows that you have had progress!
